At Team One, I'm a Product Owner for Toyota and Lexus digital experiences—owning Search Inventory and Schedule Service while shaping AI transformation as part of the Team One AI Council. I previously led platform architecture for MyLexus and introduced the 3-Line Clarity Block across PO workflows, which is now an internal PO skill adopted across the organization.
I lead with transparency, follow through on commitments, and focus on work that creates real value—not just output. That means clear communication, respect for timelines, and frameworks like the Certainty Ladder that turn ambiguity into executable certainty for engineering and stakeholders.
